Shipping Policy – Menvorowear
We strive to deliver your footwear from Menvorowear safely, quickly, and in excellent condition.
- Free Shipping — Orders worth Rs. 999 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Shipping Charge — For orders under Rs. 999, there is a flat shipping fee of Rs. 99.
Order Cancellation, Lost & Undelivered Shipments
- If your order is cancelled before being shipped, or if your package is lost, or doesn’t reach the supplied address, we will refund the entire amount paid, including any shipping charges (for prepaid orders).
- For COD orders not delivered, similar refund terms apply as per our policy.
Order Tracking
- After placing the order, we will email you the order number and a link through which you can track your order.
- You can use this order number to monitor the progress of your orders until delivery.
- Please ensure that your contact information and email are appropriate. If you don’t get confirmation or tracking info, reach out to our customer support team immediately (via the email listed on our site).
Delivery Serviceability (PIN-Code Check)
- On the checkout/payment page, click “Check Delivery Options” and enter your PIN code.
- This will show if your area is serviceable, the expected delivery timeframe, and whether COD is available.
- Our serviceable PIN-codes list is updated often — if your area doesn’t currently show as serviceable, you can try again later.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability
- COD is only offered in areas where our courier partners support it.
- Certain PIN codes are restricted because of constraints in handling cash or functioning.
- When COD is not displayed at the time of checkout, it implies that it is not available for that location.
Shipping Method
- All Menvorowear shoe orders are dispatched via our reliable courier partners (such as DHL, etc.)
- Currently, we only ship within India.
- We don’t do international shipping at this moment.
Express / Faster Shipping
- At present, we do not provide express shipping.
- If we introduce faster shipping options in the future, they will appear at checkout when available for your PIN code.
Issues on Delivery: Damaged / Partial / Missing Items
In case there is an issue with your delivery, e.g. your shoes or the box are ruined, lost or some part of your order is not delivered you have to make a report within the first 72 hours, after receiving the package. When raising the issue, please ensure:- Do not wear the shoes about which you are reporting the problem.
- Give a clear explanation about what is wrong.
- Attach photographic evidence:
- The outer parcel / box, showing damage (or tampering)
- The shoe box (or inner packaging)
- The item(s) (shoes) themselves
- Keep the original packaging (shoe box + parcel) intact for at least 3–4 days, for inspection or return pick-up purposes.
When a Claim Might Be Rejected
We may refuse a refund or claim if:- Required photos or information are missing.
- No packaging pictures are provided.
- You report the issue after the 48-hour window.
- You have discarded the packaging before we confirm the issue.
- You have used, worn, or altered the shoes before raising the problem.
