Return & Refund Policy – Menvorowear
Here at Menvorowear, we are determined to ensure that you get satisfied with all purchases. We can assist you in case you are not fully-pleased. Below is our refund policy, and you need to read it carefully to be aware of your rights and our procedures.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- The refund request should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- In order to request a refund, you have to contact our customer support team within 72 hours of delivery and send them clear images of the product, with labels/tags still attached.
- The products should be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped: original packaging, tags, labels, invoice attached, and without any evidence of wear or use other than trying on.
- Items that are labelled as “Clearance Sale” or other discounted/final-sale products cannot be refunded.
- Refunds apply only to goods purchased through our website; items purchased through third-party channels may follow different policies.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Get in touch with us via the customer support section on our website or email us at support@menvorowear.com before the 72-hour window closes.
- Attach your order number, product information, reason behind the request and photographs showing the current state of the item.
- Our support team will check your request and if it’s genuine, then the team will give you instructions about how to return the item.
- Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo an inspection which could take 7-10 business days to get completed.
3. Return Shipping and Condition
- You must return the product using the original packaging materials if available.
- The product must have tags/labels intact, be unused (except for fitting), and in resaleable condition.
- If the product is returned in damaged condition, shows signs of usage beyond fitting, or tags/packaging are missing, Menvorowear reserves the right to decline the refund.
- Unless otherwise specified, the cost of return shipping may be borne by the customer.
4. Refund Processing
- Once your return passes our inspection, we will process your refund.
- For orders paid online (prepaid): your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- For orders placed with Cash On Delivery (COD): instead of a bank transfer, we may issue a coupon code worth the order value, valid for use within 6 months, unless otherwise agreed.
- If you do not see the refund within the expected timeframe after approval, please contact our customer support.
5. Exchanges
- If you would like a size exchange (and it is eligible under our policy), please note that we may handle this as a return and reorder rather than a direct exchange.
- The exchanged item must likewise meet the condition and eligibility criteria described above.
